Based in Larkfield in Kent, we provide all services, including construction site hoardings, across Southwark, Lambeth, Newham, London and Kent. We also regularly serve major clients with large-scale projects throughout the UK.
Gary is the founder and MD of Pankhurst Contracting Ltd. Having started the company over 20 years ago, he has built one of the industry’s leading hoarding companies from the ground up.
Gary has been the driving force behind the company since day one and is the reason we have become the well-known and established hoarding installation company we are today.
With a very strong work ethic and drive, Gary thrives on the company excelling in all areas.
A hands-on Director who oversees all aspects of the business, you will find him visiting clients and on-going projects, visiting new sites for pricing or in the office, making sure things run smoothly.
Josh started with us on the tools in 2006 after his A levels. From there he worked his way up the chain, becoming a crew leader and site supervisor in 2009. He was then moved off the tools to become contracts manager in 2015.
Josh has obtained the IOSH - Directing safely qualification and an NVQ level 7 in senior construction management, and helped grow the business with a modern approach. Having learnt the trade from the ground up, he understands construction site hoarding, commercial fencing and more in great detail. He also provides great insight into project approaches and excels at problem-solving.
Josh became an active Director in 2018 and now oversees the day-to-day running of all our projects, tenders and pricing, RAMS and all the H&S elements of our projects.
Josh will be found in the office most days, ensuring all projects are carried out efficiently and correctly, getting all the documents and job sheets in place, and organising deliveries.
When not in the office, he will be found carrying out site surveys, viewing and pricing new projects, carrying out H&S site visits and meeting clients about on-going projects.
Antonio started working for us in 2001 and is another member of our management team who has worked his way from the ground up. Antonio started in hoarding installation in 2001 and obtained SSSTS in 2005. From 2007 to 2016, Antonio obtained his Gold CSCS card and NVQ level 4 along with his SMSTS qualification.
In 2016 Antonio got promoted to operations manager, which entails the management of day to day, site-based operations. Working closely with clients to ensure projects across Southwark, Lambeth, Newham and the surrounding areas run efficiently and on time, Antonio has worked on projects throughout the UK. He identifies manpower, skills, training plant and material requirements, manages the delivery of TBT's daily briefings and monitors site H&S & PPE. He Implements all policies on a daily basis across our projects.
Antonio is highly motivated and hardworking and is a big team motivator – always getting the best out of our teams on site. With great communication skills, he ensures the workforce and on-site contractors complete all hoarding installations, commercial fencing, associated works and more meet the highest standard.
A vital member of our team who takes care of all the unseen work, Karen has been with us since day 1. She heads up all the accounts, payments, general enquiries and office admin that is required for all of our projects to be carried out. Karen is a hardworking member of our team, and a big reason for the company’s continued efficiency and welcoming approach.

Cliff has been a member of our team for over 13 years now.
Cliff’s day-to-day activities involve the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of the required materials, as well as the plant and equipment necessary to carry out the on-site works. This includes the maintenance of the company fleet of vehicles, programming the servicing and MOTs as required, equipment calibration, and ensuring we receive certificates of thorough examination.
Cliff is also the company Quality and Environmental Manager, ensuring that company management systems (CMS) are maintained and carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures. He also carries out auditing and submits the results to external auditors for inspection.
